Forest Certification

According to the Foundation Deed FMI provides consultancy and services in the implementation of forest certification in the Czech Republic.

Certification of forests in the Czech Republic not only focuses on sustainable management, but also e.g. on the social range.

Currently, the FMI executes, in addition to general consultancy, and contracted field investigations on forest properties (management controls in accordance with internationally recognized standards of sustainable forest management), for the consideration of the Association for owners and managers of forest estates in the Czech Republic. (It is a professional, voluntary and independent interest association of legal entities that own forest land owners or such associate, a legal entity, subject to the rights and obligations of the owner of the forest.)
